Mt. Royal, NJ – April 25, 2023 – Talley Management Group, Inc. (Talley) is excited to share that Erica Cullmann will be joining the senior team as the new Director of Consulting. Erica is an operations and consulting guru – having over 27 years of experience of nonprofit operations and management experience.
As the Director of Consulting, Erica will be spearheading consulting engagements with a variety of nonprofit client partners. She will be responsible for assessing and implementing consulting strategies and ensuring consulting projects meet client needs and expectations.
Prior to joining Talley, Erica spent the majority of her career with The New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS), first with meeting and event operations and most recently as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Having worked with Erica through our partnership with NYAS, it was obvious that she would be a stellar candidate when this position was created.

Erica is an alumna of Syracuse University and a proud New Yorker. She is involved in several industry organizations such as Meeting Professionals International, Professional Convention Management Association, and the Cvent Customer Advisory Board.
Talley currently works with over 40 national and international associations providing a range of services from full association management services to customizable outsourced solutions to consulting to event management. Talley is a proud participant in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) program that allows all of its employees to have direct ownership of the company.
