Sharon Murphy, Office Operations Coordinator, currently serves as Office Operations Coordinator at Talley, a role she has held for the past 3 years. Her “clients” are Talley staff, ensuring they are positioned to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities by providing human resources, IT, and operational support to the teams.

Prior to joining Talley, Sharon spent more than 20 years in the public relations and marketing field, serving a broad range of clients in the for profit and non-profit industries, including 15 years at the Karma Agency headquartered in Philadelphia. Following her time at Karma, she worked as a freelance marketer / project manager. Her most recent freelance work was for the Temple University Alumni Association, serving as their interim director of marketing, overseeing the department’s email marketing program, website and on-site graphic design for all alumni events and outreach.

Outside of Talley, Sharon is co-founder of Main Street Baseball Club, a local nonprofit travel baseball organization, she serves on the East Greenwich Little League Board of Directors and supports the email marketing and website for the Mullica Hill Women’s Triathlon Club. She lives in South Jersey with her husband, Kevin, two sons, Jack, and Kellen and two dogs, Buster and Chloe.
