Nicole Novak, Junior Staff Accountant, joined Talley in 2013 as accounts payable coordinator, handling payables for all clients and Talley. Since then she has since been promoted to junior staff accountant focusing primarily on the preparation of the clients monthly financial reports and forecasting, as well as working with outside CPA firms on annual audits and 990 preparation for the clients.

Prior to joining Talley, Nicole has worked in a variety of financial sectors with experience in lending, accounts payable/receivable, vendor management, and process improvement. Nicole graduated from Camden County College and currently attends Rowan University completing a degree in accounting. She lives in South Jersey with her partner Ryan and daughter Laila. In her spare time she enjoys camping, reading, yoga, and live music.
