Megan Capie, Account Executive, joined the Talley team in the summer of 2019. She is serving as the Director of Operations for a current client partner. Megan has 10+ years of experience in association management, operations, and project management. Her key expertise lies in organization governance, client certification programs, and operating procedures. Megan has applied her skillset for multiple models including trade, academic, and professional associations.
Since beginning her association management career, Megan has managed product certification programs for a major juvenile products association, during which she traveled to Hong Kong and mainland China to present requirements to testing facilities. In addition, she has served as project manager in the development of a comprehensive advocacy program and launched a multi-track certificate program for a university-based event planners association.
Megan graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Ted, daughter Charlotte, and her pit bull rescue Junebug. When Megan is not helping associations achieve their strategic planning goals, you can find her in the garden.
