Krystal L. Kirkland, Senior Meetings & Program Manager, joined Talley as a Senior Meetings and Program Manager in December 2021, with more than seven years of event management experience within associations. Krystal’s background also includes 15+ years of administrative, customer service and hospitality industry experience, as well as years of legal and legislative work. Prior to entering event management, she worked closely with a D.C. based lobbying firm, and thereafter, spent 3+ years at an international law firm. Through that law firm she participated in a community service activity that introduced her to the world of events. In 2014, Krystal left the legal field and has dedicated her career entirely to progressing in events and program management.

Krystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Howard University. Her expertise ranges from stakeholder meetings and retreats to 2,000+ attendee conferences with 100+ educational sessions. She has also successfully managed events across the United States and abroad.
