Kristin Burke, Account Executive, came to Talley after working as a senior project manager at a medical education company since 2016, providing hands-on management of educational programming for multiple medical specialty websites. Prior to that, Kristin gained ten years’ experience in association management, first as a meetings and exhibits manager, and later as an education and programs manager. Her portfolio includes CME meetings, several webinar series, a mentoring program, an online community and a research grant program for fellows. Through her work with medical and professional societies at the member, committee and board levels, Kristin has developed a keen ability to track numerous near-term projects while also maintaining a vision for future direction. This balance, combined with a love of working alongside leaders to set and achieve goals and improve processes, reflects Kristin’s dedication to mission-driven work.
Kristin has presented locally and nationally for association management and conference management professionals on topics related to simple and affordable technology solutions for improving efficiency and/or meeting attendee experience.
Kristin graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a B.A. in psychology and sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in races (swimming, running, and triathlon), volunteering with civics organizations to register voters and provide voter assistance, and pizza! She lives in South Jersey with her husband, two young daughters, and her dog Duncan, a 75-lb pit/lab rescue.
